Bully Darts are an independent Darts shop based in Runcorn, UK.

Managed by Daniel, an avid darts player himself, they have been trading for over 3 years and are one of the fastest growing Darts retailers in the country.

When we first took over management of the account the primary issue was clear, lack of structure. One campaign covering the entire product range leading to budget limitations and a lack of traffic flowing into products with low impression share.

The first course of action was to restructure the account based on high priority categories i.e Darts Sets, Dartboards rather than the low value items like flights and individual darts.

Once this was carried out we were able to start optimising the account in depth by delving into the Product Feed and making improvements from there.

We made improvements to attributes such as Product Types & Product Titles based around keywords that we wanted to appear for primarily, on top of this we added Custom Labels based around price range so that we could bid accordingly based on margins, leading to more profitable conversions in the account.

From these changes we experienced tremendous improvements as shown in the report image shown below for the Christmas period, at a very low cost increase we managed to increase Google Ads revenue by 1,173% and Return on Ad Spend by 389%.

Sometimes all your account needs is a fresh pair of eyes to come up with a new strategy and this can make all the difference when it comes to performance.
